Units 1 – 4; exploring analytical frameworks
Students will be introduced to the gallery and encouraged to strengthen their visual literacy skills through analyzing and discussing artworks in detail. Formal, personal, cultural and contemporary frameworks allow students to investigate the different contexts in which artworks are viewed.

Making Sense
A one hour introductory visit to the gallery that can be tailored to the learning needs of your student group. Suitable for Years 9 to 12 and all subject areas.

Behind the Scenes
A rare insight into the workings of the gallery. Participants meet with curators, tour the gallery and collection areas, and discuss the formulation and development of the Dax Centre exhibition program.
