BOOKING POLICY

  1. To make a booking, select the session start time of your choice from the drop down menu at the bottom of this page. Please refer to the possible session times.
  2. Once you have selected a start time, the calendar will appear.
  3. Select the date of your visit. Refer to the key below the calendar to determine availability for that time on that day. For another time on that day, please reselect a start time from the drop down menu.Please use a separate form for each booking.
  4. Fill in the booking form. A red asterisk denotes a required field.
  5. Submit the form. You will be notified by email to confirm the booking.
  • Please use a separate form for each booking. NB If you wish to view availability for various start times or make more than one booking, you may need to refresh the page for the calendar to appear.
  • Maximum 50 students per booking.
  • Minimum 10 students per booking.
  • Groups may book in for a 2 hour session, at either 9:00am, 11:00am or 1:00pm.
  • Please detail any special requirements in the comments section.
  • Please note The Dax Centre operates Wednesday – Friday.

If you make your booking outside of these times, they will not be viewed until the Wednesday.

  • ARRIVAL INFORMATION

    Students are required to assemble in the foyer of the Melbourne Brain Centre outside The Dax Centre. Please note the cost per students for each session, as below.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Cancellation must be in writing no less than two weeks prior to booking, if not you will incur a late cancellation fee of $110 per session.
