Reverie

Reverie

Reverie shines a light – not on illness but on wellbeing.

Reverie can be defined as a state of mind that enables contemplation, imagination, and creativity.  Reverie offers a counterbalance to adversity, grief and loss.  It is a precondition for an experience of hope that is essential to the process of recovery.

Reverie considers the therapeutic and healing effects of connecting with our inner world in a way that enriches our sense of self and relationship with others. This exhibition explores how art can create the opportunity for reverie in one’s life.
